Overpriced for what it is. Barely any visitor parking available. And if you love summer and rent here for the amenities and wait all year long to use the amenities don’t count on it. They select who can use the pool based off what you are wearing. Will say clothes inappropriate yet other girls wearing worse. I don’t recommend you waste your money here.

love the emery!
Maria was so helpful when we were apartment searching and we instantly knew the emery was the best choice! The staff is always available in the leasing office when needed during their hours and are attentive to any sort of problems. The amenities are also great!

The Emery
Moved to The Emery almost a year ago and it has been great. Maria was there to help me through every step with my move in process which made it less stressful for me. She's responsive, extremely down to earth and friendly. She made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth move-in. Any time I need anything, all the staff are ready to help.
Amenities are wonderful too and everything is always very clean.

Emery Experience
My girlfriend & I were interested in the Emery so we decided to book a tour. We were met by building management staff who were friendly, informative & welcoming. During our apartment tour we had the pleasure of meeting Maria, staff, who was able to answer all of our questions & make us feel at home. We instantly feel in the love with the place because of the amenities, location & the community. We would definitely recommend checking out the Emery!

Loved it and Renewing!
I have lived here for just under a year and very quickly fell in love. I really enjoy the "community" feel of the entire complex as a whole. There is a convenience store near the entrance that I use ALL the time. The location is prime, being less than 15 minutes from downtown. The amenities are beautiful and basically brand-new. The staff has been very easy to work with. I love my one-bedroom apartment! The appliances are of very good quality. I am also a sucker for all the "soft shut" doors on... the cabinets and drawers. I love living here so much I am in the process of renewing for another 1+ year(s).
