Yes, all the reviews of mice/roaches are true. The response from management about sending pest control out twice is a week is just a PR statement. Instead of doing the job properly and fumigating all the apartments to get rid of them, they only go to the apartment requesting it. Which doesn’t help at all! The roaches/mice will just come on over from other apartments and the one time I saw them go around to the apartments they just took the person’s word that they didn’t have anything and just... kept going.
