Genuinely one of the nicest new buildings in Hyde Park. Everything is brand new construction and it shows, from the finishes in the units to the common areas. The level of detail is a step above what you usually see at this price point in Hyde Park, and it feels high end without being cold or generic.
The staff is the other standout. Friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with, which makes a real difference day to day.
Location is hard to beat if you commute. The train station is right next... door, so getting into the city is simple and you are not dependent on driving or parking. Easy recommendation if you are looking in this part of Boston.

Life at T7 at Hyde Park Station
The location does the heavy lifting. T7 sits one block from the Hyde Park Commuter Rail Station, putting South Station roughly 15 minutes away. The kind of commute most Boston renters pay a premium to be near. I-93 and Route 128 are minutes out, so getting out of the city is as easy as getting into it. The immediate neighborhood mixes everyday convenience grocery, restaurants, parks with a genuine community feel rather than a high-rise-anonymity vibe.
