Now that I have been living here for almost a year I feel qualified enough to give an opinion.
The staff and maintenance staff has been great since day one.
The process of adopting a cat while living here was painless and easy.
The common areas and exterior of the property is kept up extremely well, and there is surprisingly very little noise coming from other apartments.
The actual apartments are about what you would expect for the price, and the appliances are adequate.
The selling... point for me is the location, you are on a great waterfront and right next to probably one of the best parks Fall River has to offer. You have a great walking or running path steps outside the apartment, and you are seconds away from the highway.
You won’t find a better place to live in the area.

Love Living Here!
Since moving here in 2017 when the apartments became available, my husband and I have enjoyed every minute of living at Commonwealth Landing Lofts! Our apartment is beautiful, spacious, and has all the amenities we could ask for. The property management team is wonderful; always available to address any issues right away and the property/common areas interior and exterior are kept immaculate. It's exciting to see this property develop and to witness Fall River's waterfront renaissance!
