I absolutely love living at Townhouse Court Apartments. The location is unbeatable!!
Peaceful & safe community. The management office team are protessional & kind. Grounds are well kept with a cute dog park. Playground & basketball court. Very spacious & the walls are not thin which is a plus!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy- well managed place to call home !!!

Maintenance of exterior is pretty good but individual units, especially where plumbing is concerned, is very poor. Additionally they will lie outright about laundry hookups to ensure new tenants.
