I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with this building. The frequent fire alarms, which went off about once a month, often disrupted work and sleep. The poorly insulated windows made it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature, leading to high utility bills and failing to block out street noise. The relentless construction noise from nearby office buildings, with crews working from 7 AM to 11 PM on weekdays and starting early on Saturdays, made it nearly impossible to... find peace and quiet. These crews were granted special noise variances every 3 months to allow them work during these exceptional hours. Additionally, the building lacks any amenities, making living here hard to justify given the high rent. I would advise potential tenants to consider these factors before moving in.

Odor and noisy
The unit is nice but the cafeteria located at the corner of the building start cooking around 4 am and there is a very strong odor in the units. The odor and noise make difficult to have a good sleep.
