Before moving in, I was honestly a little hesitant because I had seen some negative reviews online regarding rodents. But after touring and now moving in, my experience has been completely different. The apartment has been very clean, updated, and well maintained, and I’ve found the property to be lovely so far.The space feels clean, modern, and well maintained, and the move-in process has been smooth. The bathroom and kitchen updates make the apartment feel much more high-end than a typical... rental. The closets and storage space are also a huge plus. The property has a quiet, comfortable feel while still being close to everything Cambridge has to offer. Excited to make this place home and looking forward to living here!

Worst place to live
Been here a year got bed bugs they wouldn’t do a proper extermination the plumbing sucks on thanksgiving the walls were dripping with water the maintenance doesn’t do their job they charged me for a three bedroom when I live in a two bedroom apartment and on top of all of that the trash room is full all the time cuz the super never takes it out I’m moving and can’t wait to get out of here

horrible building, even worse management
The apartment building is almost as horrible as the company managing the property.
Since moving in, there have been several safety issues, plumbing problems, and the apartment I rented was not move in ready, it was also filthy. The dog park is full of broken glass and dog poop and if you try to get in touch with the management, you will be ignored. Save yourself the mold exposure and frustration and do not move into this dump.
