Welcome to one of the most charming home in the area! This antique carriage house is a destination in itself, offering a unique blend of history and modern comfort.

The carriage house is situated next to the main house where the owners reside. Your privacy and security are assured with the property's gated entrance.

This two-story home offers ample space and comfort. On the first floor, you'll find a large open kitchen with dining space for six, perfect for enjoying meals together. This space includes all appliances, a blender, an electric tea kettle, a knife set, a coffee machine, a sturdy pot and pan set, cooking utensils, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, storage containers for leftovers, and much more! This level also features a cozy lounging area with a couch, and a half bathroom for your convenience. You will also find the washer/dryer on this level.

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom awaits, complete with a funky queen bed, a streaming TV, a large closet, and a cozy nook perfect for a baby crib -- or yoga mat. The second bedroom also boasts a queen bed and ample lighting.

The living area on this floor offers two comfortable chairs for relaxing or reading, as well as a couch for watching the second large-screen TV or playing board games. There’s also a quiet workspace down the hall with a desk and chair, ideal for remote work or study. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this floor as well.

We also offer a free washer and dryer in the apartment for your convenience!

While we don’t have a backyard available to our guests, we invite you to sip your morning coffee on the private balcony off the kitchen. We also have a delightful flock of chickens on the property, so you can enjoy the fresh eggs they provide—perfect for whipping up a delicious breakfast in the spacious kitchen.
