At first glance this apartment complex is lovely. However, don’t be fooled. First, the package deliveries are grossly unprotected. There are piles and piles of packages left in the lobby with no security. Second, the place is not maintained. There are puddles of dog pee in the elevator, dog poop in doorways, trash piled and falling out of bins both inside and outside. Third, there is no regulation of individuals, which results in people partying to all hours of the night everyday. Also, the... apartments are not repaired before moving in. Our AC was broken to the point they had to reimburse us money, there are holes in the ceilings, the floor is bubbley, and the carpets are stained. Furthermore, the rent is GROSSLY overpriced considering the “amenities” are hardly usable. The exercise machines are constantly broken, there are never any pool sticks to be used, and people are allowed to lay naked at the pool, making it virtually impossible to bring children.
