Entirely unprofessional experience unfortunately. They scheduled a specific time and made sure I was there on time, only to make me wait 20 min. I was also told I could tour the unit I’m interested in, but when I drove there, they said I couldn’t see the unit. What.. is this place? I would never rent here, and reading the reviews, it seems renters have issues with the leasing office/management through and through. So glad I dodged a bullet.

Our leasing staff work hard to provide the best tour possible but unexpected circumstances arise such as a... resident emergency or a walk in that may cause an appointment to be delayed.Currently we do have a 1 and a 2 bedroom open to view, we show ready and vacant apartments. I lived here for 18 months and it was bad. The main power went out for 3 months from Nov-Jan, so they had spotted back-up generators that would constantly go out. On multiple occasions all the food in my freezer and fridge rotted. The back up generators they had shut down multiple times every day during those 3 months, so power outages become regular occurrence. They did not reduce our rent when this took place.
I had multiple packages stolen. They did not take any responsibility for these... thefts and were not able to provide any kind of security footage to resolve reoccurring issue.
Lots of other little things that turned me off of this place such as rude front desk. Though they did just replace almost all their staff (I assume cause they got so many complaints) so I am not as sure about this new group.
SUCH an amazing roof view, but the living conditions were just terrible terrible and the staff was rude.
