I am disappointed with my experience as a resident. The building is advertised as a modern community, but I have found management to be unresponsive when concerns about noise, visitor behavior, quality-of-life issues, and theft have been reported. Despite police reports being filed, there has been little to no meaningful response or positive outcome from management.

I have observed situations involving loud disturbances and behavior that made me uncomfortable, and I do not feel that my concerns... have been taken seriously. Residents should be able to feel safe and respected in their community, especially during quiet hours.

The property itself is newer and has many positive features, but management communication and follow-up have not met my expectations. I hope management will become more responsive to resident concerns and take stronger steps to maintain a peaceful and respectful living environment. Read More

Its quite refreshing to be in a location so close to transit and the city. I can drive most days but the area is so convenient you could go without a car.

Next to eatery hubs like Mission Hill & Fenway there is ample things to do.
