Very worst. Not safe place to live. Theft had happened while doing the maintenance inside the apartment in the absence of us. Not taking any action but only talking about market value.

Poor
Poor and very confused management. Not sure what they wants to do? Very rude peoples in management. House rent are varies person by person. You will never get any satisfactory answer from office management. Definitely not good place to live.
