1. Nice amenity overall, except that the TV in the lounge without any special channel subscription.
2. Clean house condition and good maintenance support
3. (Sometimes) disappointing lounge maintenance. If the coffee machine in the lounge stops, we should wait over 4 months and spend our money for coffees during that period. The apartment doesn't seem to consider providing temporal alternative like instant coffee.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that having the coffee machine out of service for an extended period was disappointing. Our staff was in constant communication with the two vendors involved in supplying/repairing the machine, in order to... have this amenity restored as soon as possible. As of the afternoon of Monday, March 16, 2026, the coffee machine is in working order. If you would like to discuss this and your other concerns in further detail, please contact our office; we would be happy to take your suggestions into consideration for improving the living experience for you and your neighbors.

Perfect location. Excellent amenities. I love the Washer Dryer inside the apt. Very convenient during all weather conditions. Free shuttle service takes the stress off your shoulder to commute to the Umass and also shopping. Friendly staffs. Good gym. Maintenance team is excellent.

Kind of disappointed that the coffee machine was never fixed. Other than that great place, the gym is nice and apartment is in a good spot for my commute.
