Pets
It doesn’t mention it anywhere on this page, but Zachary Parkside has a reptile restriction for pets. So if you have any type of reptile as a pet it is not allowed. I was heartbroken to hear this, but there are plenty of better options in Baton Rouge that don’t require you to limit the pets you would like to keep. I encourage anyone that has reptiles looking at these apartments to keep looking elsewhere.

CREEPY APARTMENTS
I have been a resident at this place. NO PRIVACY AT ALL. The employees used to enter my apartment without even knocking the door!!! despite my several complains, they kept entering without warning. I had to block the door with a chair to not allow them to enter my apartment. TOTAL IGNORANCE. I will never come back to this place. i T IS AWFUL!!!

Zachary Parkside Apartments
I was afraid to Find out that my boyfriend and I would have to move outside Baton Rouge. Zachary Parkside was extremely helpful during the transition. Living here is peaceful and tranquil expecially with such easy access to the park. The office mangers take care of problems the same day they are reported; including some dubious behavior (typical )from children. I love it here!
