Hello, my name is Brandon and I currently live in an apartment complex called Hines Palace. It's located in West Monroe LA. This apartment complex is VERY comfortable to live in, especially being that it's in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment comes with central air and heat, pest control, a patio, and multiple household appliances. The rent isn't bad; I don't make much money, so $580 for a two bedroom is pretty tight for me; however, for the average person that would be a great price.
