Great place to live! The maintenance team — Jeff and Jonathan — are amazing, and Susie the property manager is always professional and on top of things. Repairs are handled quickly, communication is clear, and the service is so much better than the previous staff. The buildings are older, but they work hard every day to keep everything clean and running smoothly for residents. I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to call home.

I’ve been here a year and I can say many of these reviews are inaccurate!!! The office manager is such an awesome lady, she is very understanding and makes sure to get things done when u need them!!! No complaints from me!!!

This is an older complex but still a nice place to live. I didn't encounter the issues the previous reviewers stated. There is a new manager and maintenance men. Any issues I had were fixed in a timely manor and the staff was professional. I would recommend this property to friends & family.

It was my first apartment, so I didn’t know any better! The first day of me moving in, my air was out. I contacted the front office, she assured me maintenance would come the next morning. Never came, no big deal my dad fixed it. A month later, I hear a noise in my kitchen and there’s a HUGE rat , not a mouse but a RAT on my stove!! Mind you, we have only been here 4 weeks, barely anything in the apartment. contacted front office, she said mice traps would be placed out and that there has never... been a rat problem before. MICE TRAPS WERE NOT PUT OUT, I once again called my dad to place mouse traps, the RATS were too big to hold! he checked under the stove and there was an old mouse trap, so obviously there was a problem before. fast forward , I contacted once again and the rat problem was never solved. Hot water went out for weeks. I had to move back home temporarily and nothing was ever handled, I left that place and would never recommend!! Not to mention the smell of GRASS coming from the downstairs apartment was ridiculous! do not move here!! SAVE UR MONEY!!! Read More
