By far one of the worst places that I have lived, maintenance is horrible, they do a half of job and sometimes don't do their job at all. We have pest control that comes out once a month and yet we still have a pest problem so what are they truly spraying for?! The cost of living here is way to high to have horrible service and to still have to deal with things that they claim to have taken care of, do yourself a favor and look else where.

They intentionally skip reminders for rent and utilities. The will only send out the reminders every once in a while not each month. They do this in the hopes that it slips your mind and leave you with late fees!! All the appliances are outdated and if something breaks they don’t fix it. Put in several work request for them to tell me I changed the locks or that someone already came and that simply did not happen. Very very unprofessional and rude to their tenants.

All of the appliances in the apartment are very outdated and I assume haven’t been changed since the apartments were built. The staff is not very pleasant when moving out. The maintenance crew does the bare minimum. I had a leak in my ceiling and all they said was it would stop eventually.

I have been living at River Oaks for 5 months. What I like most is that it is a quiet environment. The price is maybe a little high, but I think the up keep of the apartments, the cleanliness of the grounds, and friendliness of the office staff levels it out. The kitchen could be a little more updated, but all in all I recommend anyone to live here. I also wish there was a playground.
