This was a great apartment. Perfect location and any repairs were fixed right away. The staff was friendly and always helpful to my elderly Mother. They finally got new laundry equipment as we were moving out. The old machines were horrible. She loved living there.

We rented sight unseen and got lucky. This is a great area and we love our apartment. Our apartment is large and the price is right. Staff has been great.

I am new to Louisiana and knew nothing about Shreveport. We looked at a couple of different places around the Youree drive area. This was the largest apartment for the money. I have been here almost 2 months and so far my wife and I love it. The staff has been so responsive and helpful. The neighbors even helped us move in. We are happy with our choice.

While we absolutely love our neighbors, the community, and the school district, there are some lingering issues with this complex. We (along with our neighbors) have been dealing with leaky roofs for over a year. The leaks have been so bad that several upstairs tenants have had to switch units or relocate altogether. There have been reports of ceilings caving in from the water damage and mold growing in the walls. Also there are w/d hook-ups in only 3 of the units. Unavailable in all others.... Communal laundry facilities often need repairs.
