Shootings and gun shots frequently, roaches from the first month even before I had any furniture in the apartment. It is infested with roaches in 2026. Horrible property management that will not work with you on anything. they will charge late fees and never do maintenance even though you contact them 3+ for them to come. they wont come for weeks. I lived here in 2019 at first things were fine then the roaches just came from nowhere they were everywhere when you call about them they tell you that you have to be put on a waiting list for pest control because it’s not provided they do random apartments. Then the ceiling was caving in from the upstairs neighbors bathroom leaking, also they would allow their pets to urinate on the balcony which came onto my balcony you could smell the inside of their home through the vents. You have to ask several times for them to fix something. My ceiling has two holes and another that is forming and I told the leasing office about it. They said since they are under new management that they want to see what the new management wants to do. The holes leak when it rains and they will not even do a temporary solution to the problem. They barely answer the phone in the leasing office. Do not move here the cost of rent do not equal the quality of the apartments.

Went to inquire about a 1 bedroom apartment and the apartment manager or leasing agent in at the time was not very informative nor inviting. She seems as if it was a bother for me to ask her any information. She just referred me to a brochure on the table and turned around and walked off. I have lived here for over 10 years. I saw a few reviews talking about roaches that I'd like to address. I have never seen one roach in any of the many buildings I have lived in. The managers and maintenance will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. I love this complex and could not recommend it more.
