I am a current resident and I will advise if you have another option other than Hillside I would say go with your other option. Management here is not bad, but I do feel like they don’t do a firm background check and allow anyone to live here. The neighbors that I have are horrible. I have made several complaints and still currently dealing with the same issues for example pest control is an issue and marijuana use is an issue And they seem to not be able to handle or correct the issues . the... issues that I have are indirect violation of the lease and should be addressed. It affects my living so if you have another option, go with your other option.

I believe any positive review are AI generated or fake
The only reason I’m giving this hellhole of an apartment complex 1 star is because I had to. This place deserves -100 stars. It appears that some of these more recent positive reviews could be because of Parker’s service. He appears to be more concerned with the residents issues than the property manager Hailey. I lived here in complete and utter discomfort and she never apologized for any of the issues, including extreme marijuana smoke that fumigated my unit everyday. I would not recommend a... dog to reside here. Fairfield Property Management in my opinion is a total fail, with these poorly run properties and lack of upgrades.

Fake reviews
I first want to point out that some of these reviews are fake and probably coming from the employees. This apartment is definitely not 5 stars. It’s not even 3 stars. The property needs improvements! The staff is not always pleasant.

Great place to call home!
I've lived here for almost 2 yrs. From the Staff, to maintenance, and even my neighbors are friendly, and always will to help. The respect the fact I'm a night-shift worker, and are always willing to work around my sleep schedule. I couldn't ask for a better place to live!

Best apartment I lived in by far!
After moving out at 18 and I am now 34, I think it’s safe to say I have lived in my share of apartment complexes. After being married and owing two homes I was very reluctant of moving to an apartment again. Now here at Hillside I am thankful I chose this complex to be the one I gave the chance to. The staff here are very nice and accommodating. There were request made at move in that they were happy to oblige. Move in was a snap and no issues when it came to the date needed. I would definitely... recommend them for anyone looking for a nice, quiet complex and one that is maintained and kept up.
