It was great in the beginning when I first move in April of 2025. First month in my Special needs Adult daughter was hospitalized almost every other month. I realized now that it was due to environmental issues such as cigarettes smoke. Also, from 12/2025-present it became obvious that the previous tenant possibly was a smoker. My unit wreak of cigarettes smoke & I am a non-smoker. Fortunately, I turn in my keys on 3/30/26 & I'm back in Gretna.

This apartment is unprofessional and target their young residents
Been targeted every since moving here now I have a violation for not picking up behind my dog and they never restock the doggy bags they will blame u for not doin your job if you receive a complaint about you they will ignore any complaints you have on others the ladies in the office pretend to care and are judgements and show inappropriate behavior towards people with disabilities

Best Choice for an Apartment!
If you're looking for an affordable apartment, don't look any further. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and well kept. Ms. Vanessa assisted me and she’s the best! She’s knowledgeable and personable. When she says she’ll follow-up with you, she means it. She made the leasing process simple and easy even for a first timer like me. Since living here, I’ve only had a couple of maintenance issues. Eddy and Joe of the maintenance staff resolved my problems quickly. This is really a beautiful place to... live!

prompt and friendly service
I found a very small amount of water on the floor of my laundry room, which I reported to Mark Twain's management.
The same day Joe, an efficient and friendly staff member, checked it out. He explained that it was a fairly routine issue with the pan for the air conditioner. Which he fixed.
