Horrible staff in the front office, the water is constantly being cut off, also alot of criminal activity and slow or NO response from police in that area if I could I'd give zero stars

Very unwelcoming staff over there from the minute I walked through the door. They have a very difficult problem of giving clarifications to their applicants. Would not recommend.

I've been living here for almost 5 yrs and initially it was a great , but now its like living in the slums. DRUG activity galore people knocking on your car windows and front door trying to sell something or borrow food. The security gate is always broken so people come in and out as they please. The security guards are useless. There were also a couple of women murdered on the property too , one was shot and they other was found in one of the duck ponds. There is one maintenance guy who tries... his best but the others are horrible they do patch up jobs only to have the problem reoccur in a month. The apartment space is generous and budget friendly but the environment is the worse. Please explore all options before leasing here!!! Read More

Need better office workers. They don't always speak, rude and don't care. they have gate workers but they aren't always doing their job. They allow anyone to come in and depending on the time you come to gate they are not available all at their cars..

Been living here about 6 months been ready to move the first day I moved in. People always hanging outside not quiet at all. Also alot of drug activity. When complainig to the office nothing is done. CAN'T WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP!!!!!
