I’ve been living here for 4 months and I can’t wait for my lease to be over already! The location is convenient to several stores and that’s about it, but you have to be careful driving down the streets due to excessive street bumps. It feels like the management is more focused on making money than on providing a good living experience. Maintenance requests often take a while. The parking is limited in most areas. You’ll began to have rent increases if you don’t pay attention. Please be careful... because while paying rent you’ll be charged for a money order processing fee and charged for using your debit card electronically through the apartment website. The amount you think you’ll be paying for rent will definitely be 40 plus added.

Been here for three years
I been living here for 3 years and I like it here. The office staff always are helpful and work orders are done on time. Only complaint I have is I wish my apartment was more up to date.

I hate it already.
It’s like they didn’t TRY to clean our apartment thoroughly before moving us in. There were crumbs and money sitting on top of the fridge. There were bits and pieces of food in the fridge already. The microwave was filthy in the inside. The tub had little dirt and small pieces of hair in it. The wall by the toilet looked like it had a piece of poop sitting on it (it was brown and clumpy). Then the wallpaper is torn in the kitchen. AGAIN, they did not TRY to get the apartment together before... moving us in.

No place to call home
So glad to no longer live at Riverview. Annual bug infestations,l crime routinely on property. Maintenance never fixes anything. THE rudest office staff ever. No place for children to be either. I would give it a zero if possible
