This complex is terrible and unprofessional. I am still trying to get my $100 apartment hold fee after they denied our application for no reason. I have been trying to get my money back for over three weeks and every time I call they have more lies.
At this point, I’m grateful to God that the application was denied because then we would have been stuck dealing with their terrible management and professionalism.
Do not move here! I would give them a NEGATIVE rating if it was an option!

Marrero Commons Apartment.
Lavish income-based apartments placed 10 minutes from New Orleans greatest tourist areas. Offering 1-4 bedrooms, residential and street parking, indoor washer and dryer units, regular security and maintenance crew. A roommate and family friendly environment only a slight distance of my university I plan on staying for a long time.
