I’ve lived back here for a year I’ve had mold on my AC unit my ceiling has been leaking for months and my front door is broken it was broken when I first moved in. Nobody tried to help fix anything back here but they will sure knock on your door about rent I’ve had it it’s ridiculous.

I’ve been living here for 4 months now and i honestly hate it, the refrigerator don’t work , the ac don’t get hot, and the oven don’t turn off. All these things didn’t work prior before me moving in but it’s not their concern but if you a day over paying rent they will increase it by x2 or less . All they care for is money here, everything come with an price and i just hope they do better in the future . Very unprofessional

They do not fix anything! Im about to file a lawsuit because they do not want to fix the ceiling in my sons room. Its covered in mold! Worst place ever!

I saw the property on apartments.com and decided to visit the property. I was greeted by Ms. Sheena with a pleasant smile and attitude. I had a lot of questions and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area. She explained floorplans and something about the rewards program as an incentive to living in Carmel Springs. I appreciated the time and attentiveness of my inquiries. She didn't rush me off or make haste, patience is what she gave.

I am extremely impressed by the customer service. Ms. Sheena was very helpful with explaining the process and answering all of my questions. Thank you for being so patient and making this process easy.
