This is my first apartment. It has definitely made my expectations for a living in any other apartment high because this is a very quiet, nice community, beautiful scenery and the staff are very kind. This would be my first recommendation to an apartment.

Still have not able to fill out my move-in checklist even after going to the office in person and contacting them via text; do not want to be liable for something that was already broken. The clubhouse which was a catch for us, is open only during office hours M-F 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. which do not accommodate our schedule nor our son's school hours for us to enjoy the ammenities, disappointed about this.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced while trying to complete your move-in checklist. That document is important to ensure any pre-existing items in the apartment are properly noted, and we... certainly do not want residents to feel responsible for anything that was already present at move-in. We have since come to a conclusion but feel free to come to us with any other concerns.
Regarding the clubhouse, we understand that the current hours may not work for every resident’s schedule. At this time, the clubhouse is open during office hours so our staff can ensure the space is properly monitored and maintained. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly keep it in mind as we continue to evaluate amenity access for residents.
Our goal is to provide a positive living experience so thank you for bringing this to our attention and have a great day.

I have lived here for over 2 years now and it has been amazing. The entire staff, from the front office to the maintenance crew are absolutely wonderful. This is not what I consider apartment living . Because of them they make it feel like a family community.
