Love it!! Only thing I don’t enjoy is how thin the walls are. I can hear almost EVERYTHING that goes on outside my apartment, sometimes it makes it difficult to sleep as I work night shift and sleep during the day

I literally have enjoyed Watervue so much! The community, the staff, the experience has been 10000/10! I don’t say that lightly! Best place to live for me and I have been blessed with my experience! So thankful for the staff and maintenance at Watervue for going above and beyond for us!

I’ve lived at Watervue for about a year and a half now and it still truly feels like home. From the management to maintenance staff, everyone is so friendly and eager to help. Almost all of my maintenance issues have been resolved within 12 hours even when I put low priority. The property landscape and common areas are well maintained and there is clear communication about pest control/fire alarm inspections, visits that require entry, etc. I haven’t been able to attend one yet but I also love... that they host events/gatherings here and there too! Recently they have also integrated AI which is available to assist outside of business hours as well! Wonderful property and staff , 20 /10 would recommend!!

Love this complex! Not too loud, mostly clean, beautiful upkeep of the grounds. Staff are all kind and helpful. Some neighbors can be inconsiderate, but the overall experience is great! Very family friendly!
