The apartments are very outdated and the appliances are old. When we moved in, we noted that the carpet was stained and took pictures. We hung curtains and the wall cracked because it was almost all sheet rock putty from improper repairs. We couldn’t keep anything plugged in because the electrical outlets were so old and worn that whatever was plugged in would fall out. A year later when we moved, we shampooed the carpet and cleaned everything and still didn’t get our deposit back because the... owner said that he was going to have to replace the carpet and get the apartment professionally cleaned. We showed him the pictures from our move in date and he still refused to give our deposit back. Also, there is no maintenance person on staff, the owner tries to do all the repairs and does most of them incorrectly.

Terribel apartment. Poor general manager.
one of the worst apartments in the area. I was there for two weeks. They have one of the worst general managers i have ever came in contact with. He is a snake. Will do repairs cheaply. and not address issues that are there. Multiple tenants have complained about rat problems and he will tell you that they are not there. The apartments are trash. For the amount they are charging for rent, You could find much nicer apartment. The 1 bedrooms are only worth about 350 a month at the most. I would... not recommend this place at all.

Do Not move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A year ago when my fiance and I moved in (7months pregnant) the ac vent in our room did not work right... Called the landlord and he came to only say leave the doors open so the air can circulate! Every night sweating with a high light bill trying to cool off... A year later the air breaks (me now having an 11month old) let us sit in 90 degree heat! Still waiting on them to fix it but as soon as our lease is up we are out of here!!!!!!!

Quiet & Safe
Since moving here in April I have yet to have a problem. The complex is very quiet & safe. The manager, Chelsea & owner Tom are unbelievably helpful. Anytime I have had a maintenance request they have come the same day or the next day. The grounds are always kept up very neat & clean.
