Everything about the apartments I toured were awesome and the diamond lake staff were super helpful with all of my questions. Even questions I didn’t ask were being answered and that was a huge green flag for me. The area is quiet with nice scenery and is definitely worth it for sure.

My faucet in my tub was leaking recently whenever it would get turned on. Paul had came in to fix it but needed to get a tool that wasn't on site to be able to fix it. Before he was able to come back another maintenance guy tried to fix it but sadly couldn't. Paul came in not long after him and was able to completely fix the leak! Paul is definitely the best part about living here!

I’ve lived here over 2 years. Any time I’ve ever had a problem where I needed the Maintenance team (which is not often), they get the issue resolved right away. Always courteous and personable. These guys are the best!!!! One of the reasons I love living here.

I have been living at Diamond Lakes for a year and I love it! Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere affordable and trustworthy. I have recommended this place to several people including co workers. Nice staff.
