I’ve lived here a little over 2 years and never had a problem here. Place is kept up, maintenance is prompt and professional. I highly suggest people to live here if u r looking for an apartment

In October my car was stolen from Diamond Lakes in broad daylight and management was absolutely no help nor concerned AT ALL. There is no type of security driving around the property neither is there security cameras around the complex. Not only was my car stolen there has also been a number of car break ins as well. They do not take the safety and security of their tenants serious at all.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to live! The pool area is very nice and the staff is amazing. Ms.Cheryl, has been so kind. She works with you, and is great with communicating. She always does her best to respond for any questions or concerns, even after the office is closed. I am very impressed with the professionalism and customer service. This place goes above and beyond for their residents.

The price is right. The homes are well kept. My family loves it here. It’s quiet and the amenities are perfect
