Walls are super thin and it constantly sounds like a daycare of about 40 children screaming outside it’s pretty absurd. There has been much littering on the ground in the past 2 months and half the time it’s the adults. When they were changing electrical panels in apartments a few months ago, the company they hired was walking right into people’s apartments with no knock. I’m sincerely unsure how the reviews are this high? I’ve lived here 3 years and it’s getting SUPER OUT OF HAND. & they want... to go up on the rent? Goodluck finding people to rent here it’s super trashy lol

Cheapest in town for a reason.
Been trying to get my ac fixed for two weeks. First it kept freezing and they kept saying it was taken care of then one day would pass and it would start freeze again. Now it quit blowing any cold air and according to maintenance around 3:30 pm it needs to be cleaned and it would be taken care of tomorrow. So we are sitting in an 80 degree apartment.

Great location and complex
I have lived here over 3 years and the Management and Maintenance are fantastic! The whole complex makes you feel like family. Clean and highly recommended.

BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN HOUMA
I have lived here for over 3 years. Maintenance and Management take care of the property and the residents. The property stays clean. Rent is affordable and they allow pets. Definitely recommend this to be your new home.

Great Complex
I’ve lived at Quail for about 4 years and have had a really good experience. Rent is affordable, management is helpful and it’s just a nice place. Recommend it!
