Been living here for 6 months. My apartment is completely renovated with new windows. My neighbors are nice and the office staff and maintenance are terrific.

Management is rude and unprofessional. If you have a genuine concern they will make it seem as if you are not asking the to do there job. Something is always broke or need to be replaced be “the owner buys cheap appliances and parts from China”via the maintenance man. Neighbors do not clean up after their animals. Some will even walk their dogs down to the next complex to poop in others yard and not pick it up. The water out of the faucet smells foul and is sometimes yellow. Stay far away.

The leasing office lost their only copy of my apartment key and made me pay to replace it. In addition to this, they have tried to over-charge me rent twice now because "their system shows I'm month to month", despite signing a 12 month lease mid-last year. Feels very shady.

I recently renewed my lease because I loved the ladies in the office. If I needed something, they were quick to respond. I got a paper on my door saying to come meet the new management and found out via friends and neighbors that the owner decided to just throw them out like trash. I won't be renewing my lease. I won't ever again recommend this place to anyone because who wants to support someone who doesn't value their employees, ESPECIALLY ones that always would go out of their way to come out... after hours or on off days if something was wrong.
