I was in search for a new place in short time. I must have called Ms. Antoinette about 6 times prior to any paperwork being done. Each time she helped me with no problem. When it was time to move in she made sure I had everything I needed she even took a late lunch to work around my schedule. When I moved in the apartment was clean and ready to move in. I have lived here for 4 months and really like. My apartment is completely renovated with vinyl wood flooring throughout and granite countertops. Great location. Quiet.

Let me first start by saying there is only 1 maintenance man at this building so whenever u need something fixed and it doesn’t get done they always use the excuse of only having 1 maintenance man as the reason why u have to wait a month sometimes longer to get anything fixed!!! Also these apartments are sinking so it’s a lot of water damage and the lady in the office is very rude and ignorant don’t fall for the pretty outside it sucks to live at these apartments!! Save your time and money..

We have some time here and at first everything is fine, there is water damage, damage to the air conditioning, it cannot maintain the temperature in the room without freezing, then it turns off and the room is very hot, they only say that they will repair and then it takes days to arrive and only see what is reported, they touch something to say that they did it and then they leave, it is not recommended
