I have lived here for 4 months and really like. My apartment is completely renovated with vinyl wood flooring throughout and granite countertops. Great location. Quiet.

Let me first start by saying there is only 1 maintenance man at this building so whenever u need something fixed and it doesn’t get done they always use the excuse of only having 1 maintenance man as the reason why u have to wait a month sometimes longer to get anything fixed!!! Also these apartments are sinking so it’s a lot of water damage and the lady in the office is very rude and ignorant don’t fall for the pretty outside it sucks to live at these apartments!! Save your time and money..

We have some time here and at first everything is fine, there is water damage, damage to the air conditioning, it cannot maintain the temperature in the room without freezing, then it turns off and the room is very hot, they only say that they will repair and then it takes days to arrive and only see what is reported, they touch something to say that they did it and then they leave, it is not recommended

When I first moved here from out of town and I didn't know anyone. The staff took the time to ensure I was comfortable and I learned my way around. Since then my family has moved back home to this location and we have grown to love each and every thing from the staff and neighbors at this location and I've been here 8 years and I would've dream to call any other place home. Since I've been here I've seen renovations and etc. added and it just brought more love, sunshine, and extra care from the... staff that shows they love their residents and truly appreciate their presence at this property. I've lived here three years to date and I must say I've never seen such rapid and effective as well as professional staff that knows their property and has the resident's best interest in hand. Truly a place to call home and I will renew my lease when the time approaches.
