I enjoy living here! The staff has been great at meeting all of my needs as a tenant

Since the property has been under new management everything has improved and is great. Friendly, nice, quiet, clean community and the residents work along with the office staff to help keep it safe. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and courteous and they work diligently to address any concerns or issues. Great place to live and minutes away from everything you need.

The apartments are infested with a mold. We have a mushrooms growing in our bathroom. Maintenance did not do anything in regards to this. All they did was paint over the mold spores.

They have roaches and see through lizards everywhere. The place is infested with roaches, little baby roaches all in your place, no matter how clean you keep it. Termite damage and creeky floors! Also, there is no controlled Gates, just walk in cages that require a key. Walls are paper thin!

Needed to move in ASAP somewhere. Submitted application fee (which was over $100). 5 days later still had not heard anything back.

Emailed and got confirmation from leasing person that my application was cancelled. A week later they charged a deposit anyway and now they are trying to say "deposits aren't refundable"
