I’ve been living here for 6 months and I have been nothing but positively surprised by all the improvements that are coming along. The new laundry room is working good but could use some more machines. Other than that everything has been great and the new management is very responsive.

Trash everywhere. Owners/management are never on property. No laundry facility. Sewage leaking into parking lot. No exterior lights working.

Outside looks dated 3/4 of the a/c don't work apts have mold.. roofs leaks when it rains
