We understand that moving costs can add up, so we want to extend financial flexibility to our residents. When you move in with us, you can skip paying a security deposit and keep the money to spend on what you want or save for what you need. Additional Monthly Required Fees: Residents are required to participate in the Property’s insurance and resident benefits programs. A total additional monthly charge of $40 applies, which includes: • $15 – Renter Liability Insurance & Compliance Program • $25 – Resident Benefits Package These fees are billed monthly with rent and are required for all residents. $50 application fee per person over 18.
