I have been a resident at Sawgrass for about half a year and everyone in management is super helpful especially Christina, the assistant property manager, and I must say that my experience with her with every single engagement is nothing short of exceptional! I highly recommend working with Christina for anyone considering joining Sawgrass as a resident.

Tenants can't enjoy the pool because it is taken over by non-residents. The management doesn't do anything about it. The fitness center is routinely out of wipes, so equipment is covered with the previous person's sweat. The grounds have quite a bit of dog poop.
