The noise levels are constant — you can hear everything through the walls and ceilings, and management doesn’t seem to care no matter how many times it’s reported. Maintenance requests take forever to get addressed (if they ever are), and the communication from the office is basically nonexistent.

The parking situation is another headache — limited spaces, poorly maintained lot, and no real enforcement of rules. For what they charge, you’d expect... better upkeep and more responsive management. Unfortunately, this place feels like they only care until you sign the lease.

I absolutely loved living here. I lived here for over 8 years. The staff are totally amazing.I've never lived in an apartment complex that was so clean and ran so efficiently. There was always some event going on like movie night in the courtyard or Easter egg hunts that the staff hosted to encourage unity in our little apartment community. And all my maintenance needs were address quickly and resolved as soon as possible. My neighbors were always so quiet and respectful.

I have lived here over eight years because the complex is safe, excellent staff, problems are taken care of quickly and a great location.

Quiet for the most part. Close to base, Boardwalk, and other shops and grocery stores. When there is maintenance needed it does take a while for office to get issues resolved.
