I was really excited when I first moved in here. Spacious and clean apartments. Everything worked and was in good condition. I have lived for over a year and now things are beginning to break down. Toilet doesn't flush on it's own, baseboards breaking, and after they spray roaches. Never had roaches until they sprayed for the first time a month later after I moved in. On top of that, as of yesterday no hot water. The maintenance man won't come and fix or look at them without a work order from... the office. I have gone to the office. They tell me since I have been here a while. I gave to fix them myself. Someone even broke both of my apartment windows. I am going to have to pay out pocket for them to get repaired. Why do I gave to pay when 1) I didn't do it. 2) I wasn't here when it happened. Also I get notes on my door saying that they may terminate my lease because I've supposedly had the cops called to my apartment to many times. People all around my apartment has gotten called but not me. That I'm in violation of having pets when I'm not supposed to. Which I do have pets but there are plenty of people besides me that have them. And I can't have anyone living with me except whoever us on the lease. Again I'm not the only one. I didn't have problem with the office until all this happened and the rent was cheap. But I will be looking for a new place soon. Read More

By no means is this an attempt to slander a company name with lies. But to say the least you'd be better off being homeless or living out of an extended stay hotel than to live here. From poor management repreaentation of the company to maintence men with the morale the size of an ant. Rent is cheap but the property looks NOTHING as the pictures suggest posted on this site.

Recently visited my friend who lives in 2B 2B apartment here. The drive from the airport was so quick and short, that makes me think maybe I can live here and commute to work! The rent is so cheap and affordable considering the spacious 1000 sq. feet floor plan! Also, I loved the clean, well-kept property that was welcoming along with friendly management staff. Amenities for kids are great too, with a spacious courtyard and basketball fields nearby – close enough for kids to walk to.

Pool is nice. Park grounds and athletic fields near the site which are nice. Safe for families cause the management keeps an eye out. Courtyards are a nice touch cause we can watch our kids outside the apartment in a the grassy enclosed yard inside the building. Can't beat the big size of the apartment for the $.
