This place is a complete JOKE. The level of unprofessionalism from the property manager Kamairea is unbelievable and absolutely unacceptable for a property that calls itself "luxury." Every interaction I had with Kamairea felt dismissive, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful.
I even spoke with several of my neighbors just to make sure it wasn't only me and it turns out many residents have had similar negative experiences with her. When multiple people are saying the same thing, it's clearly... not an isolated issue. I'm not sure why she's still employed here.
The building might look nice on the outside, but the way residents are treated is awful. Management needs a serious overhaul. I would not recommend living here to anyone.
