The staff are so nonchalant. They really do not care about you and they make it well known. Also if you are behind on rent for one month, on the 5th they add a $100 late fee. Oh yeah - then by the 14th they are filling for eviction!!

Property Manager at Provincial North Apartments responded to this review
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize that it feels that we do not care about our residents, as they are our top priority. Our rent policy is outlined in our lease as far as late fees and eviction proceedings and unfortunately... we can not make exceptions to policy as we strive to consistently adhere to our guidelines.

Unexpected guest
I recently moved in and did a complete walk through of the apartment, I like everything but the bathroom & kitchen but needed to move fast so I took it. I came back that night after signing my lease to find I had other room mates (roaches). I’m so hurt because I’m sure they knew this apartment had roaches before moving me in. I was also shown the apartment next door by a member of maintenance & it has roaches also. I refuse to eat in the apartment so I spend money on fast food or go to someone... else's house. At this point I have already signed the lease so I guess I’m stuck an entire year battling that. I thought I did a good job of reading all the reviews before I moved in but nobody seems to have mentioned the roaches.

Leaving resident
DON'T COME STAY HERE, current resident, they taKe their time fixing things, they only keep the grass cut here other than that the upkeep on the buidling are horrible, had to have my tub recaulked 4 times, air conditioner breaks down every summer, no parking they suppose to have security never see them, had 6 cars broken on one day, leak in the ceiling, they turned off our water lied about the time and managers left that day and the clerk have us bottled water, had a contractor working on solar... panels who blew a breaker which turned off powe to an entire building, they told us the lights will be on later that day, was 2 days and office told ilus to go stay with other people, wouldn't give us the contractor info to file a claim for food lost, corporate acted like the didn't know what was going on. Don't talk about the few people who work from home. They eventually have us a $50 credit on next month's rent cause we kept hounding them for the info. Your only paying for the size of the apartments that's it, no upgrades,no amenities,

Spacious Bachelor/Bachelorette Pad All Bills Paid
The 900sq.ft Bachelor/Bachelorette Pad is less than ten minutes from downtown Baton Rouge, home of Louisiana's capital, and about fifteen minutes from LSU campus! The all bills paid apartment has a spacious living/dining area big enough for two couches and a love seat. The kitchen contains an ice maker, standard size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and garbage disposal to meet all of your cooking and cleaning needs, the Master Bedroom is separated by two hallway doors. Across from the bathroom... is a hallway closet to store linens and towels. The bathroom consists of a wall medicine cabinet, storage beneath the sink, a full bath, and a removable shower head. The Master bedroom has wall to wall closet space for storage and attached is a sliding door to a partitioned patio. The only downside is the poor response from management concerning repairs. Traffic is constantly flowing up and down foster as it is minutes away from highway 110.
