I have been at this property for several years. We have all new people in the office that actually know what they are doing!!!! They are so helpful and nice. I have started referring people to move here, because now I am proud of the apartments I live in. The grounds are kept up and it stays clean. I will continue to stay here!!!!

Bad management
I am extremely disappointed with the management of [Apertment of Meadows at Nicholson]. For over a month, my air conditioning has been broken during the peak of summer, and despite numerous requests, it has not been fixed. This is particularly concerning as I have an asthmatic child and a baby under one year old, both of whom are suffering in this heat.
My husband had to bring a small window-sized AC unit, and we had to cover the windows with red Huggies diaper boxes. It's embarrassing and... frustrating that everyone in the building can see this makeshift solution.
I also requested an upgrade to a three-bedroom apartment, but every time I follow up, I am given excuses that it is not ready or they are waiting for something. This has been going on for the entire month, and I am tired of being played around.
The lack of urgency and care for their tenants' well-being is unacceptable. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, especially families with young children.

Unprofessional
Worst place ever, trash everywhere, roaches everywhere, management very unprofessional it’s always loud here. Weed smell throughout building stairwells filthy human pee and bowels are left there

Horrible
The stay here started off great , very new apartments that later became a place of trash. The apartments was very well rushed appliances broke days after moving in certain light switches and plugs did not work and many many leaks began to happen. Maintenance and front office DO NOT CARE, they never come fix the issue until months later. Parking is usually okay but it can get very trashy quick, the gates and security doors are always broken , the hall ways always smell like marijuana, the... sheriffs department and Marshals are always being called to the building ‘ makes you very uncomfortable if u have small kids sometimes the fire Alarm goes off in the middle of the night and it is very loud that cause you to leave the whole building until it is turned off, it is also across from a waste plant Soo it smells horrible all the time. I definitely do not recommend
