Excellent Location
Love that it is close to LSU. The interior design in the gym and apartments is the best I’ve seen. Jessica in the office is so polite and helpful with any questions that I had.

Beautiful Property
Indigo Park is a beautiful property. The shared spaces are vibrant, well maintained and spacious. The manager Jessica and her team are friendly and responsive. You can tell they care about their residents and property!

Move somewhere else if you can
I moved in here three months ago and within a few weeks discovered that my AC was broken. My apartment has been averaging 86 degrees! I have put in several work orders (which end up being canceled without explanation). I have tried to contact the leasing office (they do not answer the phone or respond to emails). I feel completely helpless at this point. You also cannot talk to anyone in person as the leasing office is locked and they do not let you in without an appointment (there’s no way to... make an appointment since no one responds). The few times I have talked to someone they have been rude and short with me. I have lived in multiple apartments before this one and never have had any issues. This is by far the most unprofessional complex I have had to deal with. If you have an option to lease somewhere else please do, unless you are okay with maintenance never fixing anything and a leasing office that does not care about its residents.

RUN…. Far far away
This place is a disaster. Things look awesome on the tour and then go downhill from there. Our application was lost. You can’t get anyone on the phone, our apartment as well as several of our neighbors were with our air conditioning for over THREE MONTHS IN SOUTH LOUISIANA with absolutely no concerns from management or their corporate office.
