The best aparment community in the area!
By far the best apartment community in the area with beautifully landscaped grounds and a friendly environment. The management and maintenance teams are fantastic. There's no place I'd rather call home than Mason Estates!

The best place in town!
You wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The history of this place is amazing and the landscape and historical building are breathtaking. Sitting at my window looking at these ancient live oak trees and this hundred year old building is the highlight of my mornings. You couldn't ask for a better team in the office. Maintenance is quick to respond and always courteous and helpful.
