Located a short walk or bike ride away from the College campus as well as a very short walk down on the River Flood wall where folks can bike or walk/ run as well as easy access on and off the river if kayaking is something you fancy.

We will provide a 12 month lease for each apartment. All utilities are tenants responsibility and sanitation is provided to the rear of the building in a public alley provided by the city sanitation and included in the city water bill which also is the tenant's responsibility.
