Do NOT live here

Truly not even worth one star. I’ve had the absolute worst experience with Aspen Pines, and I don’t wish it upon anyone. Stay far away!

I moved to the area from out of state (8 hours away) and when I got here, the apartment I was supposed to move into was disgusting and far from move-in ready (clumps of hair in the bath tub, appliances looked like they had never been cleaned, and my washer and dryer wasn’t in the unit whatsoever). The complex tried to give me a 2nd unit, but it also wasn’t...
clean. I had to drive another 2 hours to a family member’s home to stay, because they don’t work on weekends and told me there was nothing else they could do until Monday. The only thing they would do for me was give me an $100 gift card for “the inconvenience” which they didn’t even have on-hand. I tried texting the property manager, and she refused to text me back to keep me updated on what was going on.

Fast forward to Monday, I had to drive 2 hours for my first day of a new job. But I was able to move-in - there still isn’t a washer or dryer, there’s a stained counter top and I had to scrub the bathtub myself. I received the $100 gift card, and it turned out there was only $2.33 left on the card when I got it and the property manager told me it’s not her problem.

I’m supposed to get new appliances and my washer and dryer that was missing, but highly doubt that will ever happen. Please - save yourself the trouble!

Run away from the b-witches

I have live there for 6 months its the worse place. The people in the office are incompetent and want every penny they can get out of you. I'm surprised they don't charge a parking and a mailbox and a pool and a workout fee.

Great place for the price

Aspen Pines has been a nice place to live with all the amenities that you could want in an apartment. It has new stainless steel appliances and large kitchens. The views and balconies are a huge plus as well.

Apartments on the Hill

I have lived in the Aspen Pines apartments since I moved to Kentucky in 2013. I honestly love it here. My apartment is spacious and has lofty ceilings. The closet is a huge walk in that is easily able to hold all of my clothes and store bedding and luggage. The staff int he office is great and are always looking out for the residents of the complex. The apartment is located close to NKU campus and also has a view of the Cincinnati Skyline. On Friday nights, you have a view of the Reds fireworks... right from your porch. What more could you ask for? Neighbors are great and it is pretty peaceful at night. The pool is open for a great part of the summer and is easily accessible. There are also a lot of neighbors with dogs so mine always has another furry friend to interact with. I would highly recommend Aspen Pines to anyone that is looking for a place in Northern Kentucky.

Fantastic

Apartments are in excellent condition with great features. Large bedrooms, living room and closets. Very close to downtown and the interstates. An apartment half this size in downtown cost almost twice this much (trust me, I looked). Pool, workout, and unlimited parking for friends. Only maintenance issue I've had in the year I lived here is my entry-way light. They fixed it immediately. Girls in the office are also extremely nice and helpful. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking in nky,... downtown, or just outside of it. It blew the rest of the apartments out of the water when I was looking.
