Took my full security deposit and charged me $300 additional because somebody had a dog in my apartment for 5 minutes. They will do anything and everything they can to screw you out of the deposit. No leniency or warnings. I promise you, if you live here they will find a way to completely screw you at some point in time no matter how insignificant the action that you took and regardless of if their are damages. On top of that the apartment isn’t even very nice for what you will be paying. Greedy... greedy people. Would imagine most positive comments are from east ridge themselves. They are those kinds of people.

Want a easy quiet life place to live???
It is a great facility. Wonderful amenities included up to $100 for (power, water, sewer, trash locations). Wonderful swimming pool, with security. Always parking spaces located near apartment, with great lightning. There is a sidewalk through most of the complex between buildings, and I walk in the morning before heading to work. Very quiet neighborhood with friendly residents. Drug store, grocery, walmart, lowes, tractor supply, and YMCA all located close to complex. Apartments on the inside... are spacious and quiet. Could use some updating, but good layout.

Great Place!
When we first moved it we thought that this place was awesome! It was our first apartment and we were really excited. I was afraid that this feeling might wear off but we are still in the apartment and it still feels the same way! The staff at Eastridge apartments are great and very friendly! I'm glad that we choose these apartments and I would definitely recommend these to anyone who was looking for a place around the Richmond area!
