I read the other reviews on this site and they have to be fake. Absolutely no way this place should be rated so high. The place is absolutely run down, you hear everything inside your apartment because the windows are still single pane, from the 70s. Same with appliances in most units; They're definitely not as shown in the pictures or the model apartment.

The management here is very hostile and will charge you an "Admin" fee everytime you have to interact with them. Doesn't even matter if... the windows start cracking because of the cold weather, you'll be charge an "Admin" fee for it.

My wife, son and I moved in a couple weeks ago and so far have nothing but good things to say. The application and lease signing process was easy and smooth. The pet deposit was a little high but I'd rather have that than a deposit and monthly fee, considering we plan on living here for at least a few years. The two bedrooms are quite nice and fairly large for the price, especially considering there's a pool. The pool is always clean, well taken care of, and never crowded. I actually see the... manager cleaning it every morning. The manager Vicky has been very nice, but makes sure she does what needs to be done to run a good complex. I've stood outside next to the door and windows to see if there's any draft, but the unit seems pretty well insulated as I haven't felt any cold air leaking out. I keep the thermostat set to 74 and it definitely doesn't run as much as I thought it would in 90 degree heat. We haven't needed maintenance yet, but from what I hear from other residents (who have all been very friendly by the way) maintenance is usually taken care of fairly quick. The complex is very quiet, and besides a very small amount of creaking from the apartment above ours we've yet to hear any outside noise in our unit. There's one laundry room but I've yet to have a problem with there not being any open washers or dryers. I also think the washer does a really good job at getting our clothes clean, much better than the washer and dryer at our last rental, and the dryer has always gotten all my clothes dry in one cycle. The only issues we can think of are very minor cosmetic things in the unit, but nothing enough to knock it down to 4 stars. I currently live at Mora Mi. Its a very peaceful place to live, haven't had any issues stays quiet and enjoyable. The maintenance men are very nice. There isn't a better apartment complex to stay at in the area!!

I am A current resident at Mora Mi! The manager, Darrel, has been kind, caring, and respectful! He makes sure the saftey and satisfaction of my wife, my children, and myself is top priority along with the fellow residents of Mora Mi. 5 stars from me!

Very safe place to live. Very well lite outside during the nights. Darrell the property manger is awesome! Very sweet & works well with people. He sure does have this property under control. He's cleaning it out inside out. And making sure all apartments are clean with new carpet, paint and tile. Beautiful apartments on the inside.
