Family friendly
Great community! With the car wash and pool and the location of the complex it’s the best place in town to live. But it is very expensive!!

With the help from Dylan, I obtained a lovely apartment, and all of my questions were answered, Dylan has been amazing! My children and I love it here!

Horrible
This place was better when ran by chandler Park. Dream is more like a nightmare and ran off a few great residents. The apartments are poorly built and will constantly need work due to a poor foundation. The cost is to much for its worth, bottom floors flood, windows leak when it rains, and they do not care about others. They forced people to pay for trash even though there is a dumpster up front. And the front office staff is a nightmare.
