10+ Months of Unaddressed Rodents: I have reported a severe, ongoing rodent infestation to management for ten straight months. Despite repeated complaints, management has failed to fix the issue or maintain basic health, safety, and habitability standards.
Retaliation & Non-Renewal: After months of submitting maintenance requests about the pest problem, management hired an out-of-state attorney to issue a non-renewal notice... instead of resolving the actual living conditions.
Broken Promises & Financial Traps: Earlier this year, management explicitly told us multiple times that we could break our lease early at any time with no financial penalty. Based on their word, we secured new housing. Once we prepared to move, they completely went back on their agreement and demanded full rent through the end of the notice period.
Zero Accountability: Communication is a nightmare, policies change depending on who you talk to, and they will drag their feet on health hazards while aggressively chasing you for money.

Our unit is infested with mice. Our entire building is infested, as well as many others. I have resorted to trying to bait them onto the traps. We have not been able to cook in our kitchen for a month now due to the mouse problem. We have sunk over $300 in groceries due to contamination. This problem has gone on for two and a half months. Whatever pest control is doing ISNT working, and they have been out more than five times at this point. All appliances need to be taken out, inspected, and... make sure there are no more holes in the kitchen. I am almost positive there’s a hole behind the stove.
There were holes in the cabinets, behind the dishwasher, as well as underneath the sink. The mice are IN the walls and ceilings.
We like living here, but our unit is not livable how it is. We pay almost $1500 a month for a unit that my 1 year old can’t be on the floor in, and we can’t cook in. This needs to be fixed properly ASAP. This problem is affecting our quality of lives, as well as putting our health at risk.
I have taken all appropriate steps to report this all to management, and their band aids aren’t working- but they refuse to actually FIX the problem.
