The newly remodeled bathroom, with towels and washcloths, echoes the theme of modern comfort with its tub/shower combo, sleek single vanity, and mirror that reflects the thoughtful design throughout the apartment.

Step into the living area where comfort meets style. A couch,throw blankets and recliner beckons you to unwind alongside side tables and lamps under a ceiling lamp's ambient glow. A decorative fireplace adds a hint of coziness.

The kitchen features a breakfast bar with two bar stools, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave and stove, washer/dryer combo, a Keurig machine, and all the pots/pans/dishes/utensils you will need. From the kitchen, you will find a deck with comfortable chairs and a portable fire pit, perfect for coffee in the morning. The deck overlooks a private, fenced-in backyard.

Ceiling fans are in the kitchen, bedroom and living room. There is a free standing fan available for where it is needed. Central heat is available for the winter and window units for the warmer summer months.

Just outside the living room is a breakfast nook or work area (whichever you need!), with table and chairs. The breakfast/work area is right by the router, so you can plug your computer directly into the network if you prefer. Internet is 600mbps symmetrical; if you need faster access, it can be raised up to 2 gig (we would just ask that you cover the difference in the monthly cost).
