Lived here for 2 years and reported mold issues to landlord Roger multiple times and he did not attempt to fix the problem besides spraying with some over the counter mold spray that did not work. The mold issues lingered for the entire time and went unaddressed. The mold covered the entire kitchen including all my dishes, spices, and food. I ended up having to throw away most of what was in the kitchen.
